How Much?

One of the unique advantages in dealing with Iron Horse is our fee structure.

1. There are no up-front fees to pay.
2. We charge a flat monthly fee for all ongoing services.
3. The monthly fee commences only when your website goes 'live'.
4. We ask that you commit to a one-or-two year payment plan to cover our initial costs.
5. After that you are free to take your website elsewhere if our services and terms don't meet your expectations.

To create and manage an average static website usually costs between $150 and $200 per month (+GST).

What Can we do for You?

We provide a bundled package for a monthly fee which includes all the web services that would be required by the average business or organisation. This package includes:

• Web Design
Our sites are tailored through content, colour and graphics to meet the business needs and style of our clients, providing them with a distinctive and individual website that we will both be proud of, and one that works.
Our style tends to be clean, professional and very contemporary, incorporating dynamic flash elements and key visuals where required (being wary about browser compatability and download times).

• Web Hosting
Our sites are hosted on a secure and dedicated facility in Christchurch, NZ. They have backup generators and dedicated technical staff. So you can be as confident as us that your email, database and website are in capable hands.

• Content Updates
We manage all content on behalf of our clients. Basically, you phone or email us with what updates you want and we put them into effect. With our years of web editing expertise, we feel we are in a better position to present content than most of our Clients.

• Search Engine Optimisation
Most prospects will now Google you before opening the Yellow Pages. We will get you as near to the top of the Google search pages as possible. We do this through continually massaging your website, focussing on selected key search words. If this doesn't get you where you want to be, we can progress to providing guaranteed lead-generating advertising using Google Adwords on a pay-per-click basis.

• Domain Name Reservation
We'll arrange an appropriate domain name and pay the annual reservation fees. Its not much but its one less thing you have to think about.

• Email Services
Still got an 'xtra' or 'gmail' email account? Keep it, but lets add to it appropriate site accounts, for example enquiries@yoursite.co.nz. We'll set up and maintain up to 20 email addresses for you.

• Multimedia
We are skilled in multimedia packaging for web. If you have a video for webcast, or to enhance your website, we have the post-production capabilities, the expertise and the track record.

• Dynamic Websites (.NET Development)
Member Management? Event Management? Stock control? We have the skills and experience to build dynamic websites that are database driven, using industry-standard ASP.NET technologies.
