Portfolio

Our Portfolio is not about websites, its about our Clients. Each of the websites shown on the right is a Client who has had their web presence turned around; their business improved; their on-line profile enhanced.

Our goal is to make it as simple as possible for our Clients to have a professional and effective website.

We do not work from templates. We work with our Clients to create a site specifically for them. Our sites are individually tailored through content, colours and graphics to meet their exact requirements, providing them with a distinctive and individual website that we will both be proud of.

We usually complete a site within two weeks of commission. Of course, if we need to include multimedia it may take a little longer.

We also build enhanced dynamic sites which are database-driven, such as may be required for Event Management, Inventory Management, Member Management. Talk to us for your .NET development needs.

Considerations

Considering your own website perhaps? Here are some pointers:

Get Your Own Domain

Don´t force your Internet business to rely on a free server. Getting your own domain name establishes credibility in the minds of many of your prospects. And looks much more professional on your business card than an ´xtra´ or ´gmail´ email address.

Look For A Hosting Service With Full Support

You don´t want to have to move your site later on. Look for a hosting service that has what you need when you start, instead of just looking for the cheapest prices.

Why do you Want a Website?

Always keep your well-defined goal in your mind while you are building your web site. If your goal is to receive automated sales online, then make sure your site leads people into a buying decision. Some companies may just want to collect leads for their company to follow up by e-mail, mail, or by telemarketing. If you sell a high-ticket item, you will find it is difficult to make sales directly online and may want to use your site to collect leads.

Six Links Or Less On Your Home Page

Don´t confuse your customers. By offering only six links or less on your main page, you will limit the likelihood your prospects will get confused about the purpose of your site.

Don´t Always Jump Into New Technologies

Flash sites are seductive technologies you can use on your site because they can provide a truly rich web experience. But at a price − site load speeds will be adversely affected unless very well managed.

Accept Credit Cards
If you are selling on-line your business must accept credit cards. Ask your bank – Visa/ Mastercard/ Diners/ AMEX all have different terms and conditions, including commissions.

One Of The Best Things To Do On Any Site Is To Collect The E-mail Address

If you get your prospect´s e-mail address, you can follow-up. If you don´t get their e-mail address and you don´t get the sale on the prospect´s first visit, then you will have lost the sale forever. Also, note that a good web site converts only 0.5% - 5% of their visitors; the rates are not high.

The Next Web Site Is Just A Click Away

Part of the reason for your focus when creating your site is that your competitor is only one click away. If you lose your prospect´s interest for one minute, you will miss out on the sale. Everything you do must grab their attention and focus on your goal.
