We have bundled together all the services required to provide a complete managed internet presence. This one-stop-shop approach is intended to make it as simple as possible for businesses, organisations and individuals to get an exceptional website without having to get involved in the technology.

To make it even simpler, we charge a flat annual fee for these services which includes all content updates. So no unexpected costs. Ever.

So how does it work?

We try to make the process as painless as possible for you by taking care of all the “back room” technology.
1. We discuss your business with you, over the phone if not in person.
2. You select a domain name from a list we supply.
3. You select your preferred website style from our listed options.
4. We draft the content and submit for your approval. We arrange photos if required.
5. You view the website while its being developed and make the call when you are happy for your website to go live.
6. At this stage you get your first year’s invoice.

You can make updates by phone, email or in person, whichever is easiest for you.

We will continue to ensure your domain remains registered, your content remains current, and your website ranks high on Google.

We will meet with you at least annually to ensure your website reflects your business.

This is a subscription service and is payable by annual invoice. Please refer to our terms and conditions.

A stale website does no-one any credit. Your business lacks credibility. Whoever maintains your website lacks motivation.

If you have a website but have neither the resources nor the time to maintain it, contact Iron Horse. We can examine what you have and discuss the options for ongoing maintenance.

If you wish to host and maintain the content yourselves we offer design-only services. Your design will be based on one of our site styles, tailored appropriately for your branding, and will include a dynamic logo and/or banner, images and content. For a one-off payment you will own the design and all rights for use.

Your website will gain our distinctive design style – a strong presence through movement, colour and imagery.

This is a flat fee service. The rates are about 80% of the annual subscription costs.
